About Melissa & Co

Melissa & Co started off at Melissa’s mother’s home in Long Island, New York. It all started with primarily preparing personal tax returns and providing consulting in all areas of business to clients. At the inception of Melissa & Co, Melissa was working full time as a corporate accountant at Brookfield Properties, located in downtown Manhattan.

After her work day and weekends, Melissa would focus on her clients at Melissa & Co, organizing meetings at local cafe’s. Since the inception of Melissa & Co, Melissa quit her corporate job and put all her energy and focus into the company, where it has grown exponentially, with clients globally. With a newly renovated office, Melissa & Co is proud of all its contribution to its clients lives, and their future success.
